Booking Terms and Cancellation policy

• The prices for Superior Double Room and Superior Studio concern staying of two or three persons
• Αdditional person in a single room, superior double room or superior studio  is charged +20 euros of the price per night
• Pets are allowed in the low season and only upon prior request.
• Check in time: 14:00, Check out time: 11:00.
• To confirm your booking 25% of the whole cost should be deposited in a bank account (minimum deposit 1 night).
• In case of cancellation at least 21 days prior to your arrival the whole amount of the deposit is refundable.
• Any cancellation within 20 days prior to arrival, results in 50% payment of the entire booking.
• In case of non show, or less stay you will be charged 100% payment of the entire booking.
• Kids are welcome. Infant 0-3 year(s): Stay for free if using existing bedding. The use of a baby cot is on request and free of charge. When a child uses a separate bed he is charged as an adult.

• For cancellation more than 2 months prior to the reserved date, 15% of the reserved value is charged.
• For cancellation more than 1 month prior to the reserved date, 35% of the reserved value is charged.
• For cancellation more than 14 days prior to the reserved date, 60% of the reserved value is charged.
• For cancellation more than 7 days prior to the reserved date, 85% of the reserved value is charged.
• For cancellation less than 7 days prior to the reserved date, 100% of the reserved value is charged.
